Ackerman's Piano sales and Restorations Showroom page 952-890-2806
All in one pricing:

We price our pianos in such a way that there are no surprising added costs on your receipt. Many stores will attempt to sell you basic things as an add on.  For example, we include delivery within 50 miles.  Typical piano move costs range from $250.00 to $400.00.  There is nothing more aggrivating than purchasing a piano and then having a sales person ask if you wanted the matching bench.  With Ackerman's, if there is a bench with the piano it is included in the purchase at no additional charge.  We will tune all of the used pianos the day before delivery, and all of the New, and Rebuilt instruments get an additional free tuning in the home within 90 days of the purchase.  At a competitors store any one of these, and possibly all of them are added costs  which won't show until you have already commited to the purchase.  They do this because they know at that point you are much more likely to shrug off the extra cost.  We refuse to treat our customers in this fashion.

We warranty everything we sell:

Everything.  All of the used pianos have at the very least a 1 year parts and labor warranty.  The rebuilt instruments have a 5 year parts and labor warranty, and the new Instruments have a 5 to 10 year warranty.

We warranty everything because we want to ensure that on the rare occasion when something goes wrong you can come to us and it will be repaired.  Our goal is to become the most trusted piano repair and sales company in existence.  It is a lofty goal.  But we are working hard to live up to it.  Our family name is on the sign at every one of our shops across the country, so we are motivated to protect our image.

We are locally owned and operated:

All of our locations are  locally owned and operated by an Ackerman. This shop is owned by Jeffrey Ackerman who has been in the Piano Restoration industry for over 45 years.  Timothy Ackerman is the Business Manager in charge of the day to day operations, and has over 17 years of experience in the piano industry.

We are not Salesmen:

That means that there is no commission added on top.  We are technicians, and rebuilders.  All of our employees have a vast knowledge of the pianos inner workings and none of us are your traditional salesman.  We absolutely refuse to pressure you into a purchase.  Lets face the truth.   If you are being pressured into a puchase then the piano is either priced too high and they don't want you to look around, or the instrument has some kind of fatal flaw that they are hoping you will over look.  Don't let them fool you, or sack you with a lemon.

We care about the industry as a whole:

Many of our customers are piano tuners, teachers, schools and churches.  It is quite common for music industry professionals rely on our expertise to enhance their own businesses.  Especially, when it comes to supplying them with the perfect instruments for their situation.
